Beliefs

There are no transformation projects that you carry out. There are spaces that can be opened up to allow transformation to take place. Change needs space.
Innovation
If the rate of change in the outside world is higher than inside, dissonance occurs. The problem is that this is experienced as weakness. But right now it's about using your own strengths.
Positioning and differentiation (brand)
Organizations and people are always unique. They are just not always aware of it. Carving this out is a pleasure.
Culture
It is not possible not to have a culture. However, you usually only see the tip of the iceberg and not what lies beneath. And that's the interesting part.
Leadership
Leadership is a force that has direction. Not a struggle that requires strength. It's about finding the power and determining the direction.
Organization
The game is clear, the rules are known, the team has first-class players and yet it doesn't win. It's about designing the system for the interaction of individuals and teams so that it feels simple.
Decision making
Collaborative and agile working is great. But it can lead to decision-making taking longer. The solution is not to return to autocracy but to focus everyone involved.
Marketing & Sales
The only constant is change. And nowhere is this more immediately noticeable than in communication. The use of artificial intelligence is leading to a pressure on brands and people to adapt that is unprecedented in its scale.
